With the effect of (1), I think it's excellent that you can put your favorite "Holy Chronicle" monsters other than the same name on "Dragon" X.
Even if it is sent to GY, he can revive "Holy Chronicle" monsters with the effect of (2), but it should be noted that he cannot revive Link Monsters because he is reviving in Defense Position.

Hey, how's the Hieratic Seal...?
It has the effect of stacking a Holy Hour X monster with a different card name on top of one Dragon X monster, and the effect of excluding GY itself and reviving the Holy Hour monster.
An ambitious work that ignores the level of Dragon X monsters and replaces them with Sacred X monsters. At the moment, there are three options: deployment Atumus, suppression Tenryu Enaird, and removal Shinryu Enaird.
Especially when you bypass rank 6 and summon Atumus, the all-purpose dragon recruiter, it smells like a terrible evil deed. Rank 4 also has a fair amount of Dragon X monsters, so it might be a little over the top, but it might bring some interesting moves to the Dragon.
The 2nd effect is also pretty strong, making Graves work as a Holy Hour resurrection card. This would be a good effect for a Pure Hour Deck.

①Dragon Xyz is a powerful effect that can raise or lower the rank of anything. Dragon Xyz's materials are loose, and it also has "Dark Rebellion Xyz Dragon", so if it's a deck that can make a rank 4, "Hieratic Dragon King of Atum" will come flying in. "Hieratic Dragon King of Atum" can be recruited from the deck, so the card you put out has high business trip performance. Around 《Omni Dragon Brotaur》《Red-Eyes Darkness Metal Dragon》.
(2) is the resurrection of a "Holy Hour" monster, but since the monster that was used in (1) is treated as an X-summon, the resurrection restrictions have been cleared without any problems. It is strong enough to be used without monsters.
